Al-Jazari Centre first launched in 2017, in Altrincham, Manchester. Our initial courses in Tajweed included Foundation, Tamhidiyyah and Mutaqadimah. Many of our students who have been with us from the beginning have now completed Itqaan and are undertaking Ijaaza. We have also since introduced many new courses, including our Telawah correction classes and Hifdh classes, catering to all levels of recitation and memorisation.
Our courses are taught by fully qualified and dedicated teachers, allowing the majority of our students to pass their exams in the first sitting.
As our student cohort has grown, we have welcomed students from outside of Manchester as well. Teaching is has therefore expanded from in-person classes at the masjid to online classes via Zoom.
